Born in Sicily in 1978, Rosa La Barbera quickly became passionate about comics and cartoons. Once she had finished her art studies in 2006, she was among the twelve people lucky enough to enter Milan's Disney Academy. She then came back to Sicily where she worked on the animated series "Winx" and "Pop Pixie" for Rainbow. She collaborated with publisher Piemme for "Geronimo Stilton" and "Tea Sister" before creating the characters for the animated series "Spike Team 2." In 2013, she worked for
